Let me explain the reason I buy from Amazon.Com - The Reviews. I find them so helpful, and generally I do not come back and write reviews on items I've purchased. From now on - I will. That being said. When I purchased this gazebo, I came to the review section first and saw the negatives of putting the product together, and also the fact that they kept blowing away. I bought it anyway. As far as putting it together, my husband did that while I was away - His review on that part of the product.... let's just say he gave up smoking two months ago and on that day, he would have started again had he had cigarettes on him. The gazebo is still up and works well for us. We not only attached the legs to our deck according to instructions, we also installed an anchor rope from the center roof pool, and tension tied it to an eyehook in the floor. Without this, I am sure we would no longer have it. All in all, good product for the money.
