I'd been looking for a copper paella pan with a lid for the last year or two. This All-Clad is a beautiful and functional piece that will last a lifetime. It is heavy, well constructed, and spectacular to work with. The pan with lid provides multiple uses so that it is an endless workhorse in your kitchen. I love it.
