came home....opened one box...heard noises like broken glass or metal...both feeders we bought showed signs of damage. Some injuries seemed like they could have been caused in shipping others seemed like someone was a little heavy in tightening the nuts when assembling. Still it is the best design for a feeder. Will try once more to get a good set.
