I assembled this cascading birdbath and the instructions said that it must be plugged INDOORS. The plug is not rated for outdoor use. This is a safety hazard for someone who doesn't pay attention to that small detail. The cord is less than 3 feet long after assembly, so even if you wanted to plug it inside, it wont't reach! Ridiculous. My birds live outside not inside, and I'm sure they prefer taking a bath outside too.
